Who do you think has some of the least epic ultimate lines in the game? For me, Sombra’s “EMP activated” is awful. I liked her beta testing lines “Turning out the lights!” or “Cutting the power!” better. It just sounds stupid when you announce what your ult is doing, quite too literal.
I also prefer Mercy’s old “Gemeinsam kämpfen wir!” (Together we fight!)

Aww, haha. D.Va and Sigma have my favorite ult lines, but I know you have to take D.Va’s with a grain of salt over how literal the devs seem to take her nerfs. 
Hog…literaly just laughing in very low tone, so sometimes I don´t even hear it when he starts till it´s too late.
Oh, Sigma’s is the best.

idk why they dont make her say cease your resistance for teammates and then say something in the yoruba language or the language yoruba is in for herself and enemies
Friendly rein. He doesn’t say anything when ulting. How are you supposed to combo with his ult if you don’t even know he’s ulting? Please give him a friendly ult line!
The old enemy lucio ult line was a great, they change into a lot worse.
Meteor Strike is the worst ulty line.
It’s like…Digimons attacking. Yelling out the attacks like that. Who do they think they are? Street Fighter?
“Heroes never die” is a sad reminder of mass resurrection. As it turns out, heroes indeed die when you use valk and the epic feeling is completely gone. 
Not sure why they had to bring it back tbh, “I will watch over you” was more appropriate for valk anyway.
I maintain that they should’ve kept “Amplifying biotic stream” for the Combat Medic skin.
Personally I find ‘Setting out the welcome mat’ a bit dull
The fact that Widowmaker hears her own ULT in English, I just don’t understand
Sym’s ULT is in Hindi. Enemy is in Hindi. Friendly ULT is in English. Why is Widow different?
I mean Syms was thankfully changed when they added the line… and they updated Lucio’s… maybe one day theyll do widow’s too.
“Minefield deployed” is fine from a voice perspective since theres not really much you could really do about that… but that doesnt stop it from being underwhelming.
I don’t like Echo’s voiceline, really kind of flat. Mercy has the same problem, I also liked it when they changed it when they reworked her but they reverted.
Soldiers is kinda meh.
I think these lines just suffer from being flat, they have no oomf. Unlike, say, Brig rally, or Sig melody, or Genji blade.
This and also friendly bastion. Idk but I wanna know, when my team do ults for reasons.
The worst for me has to be Widow’s.
The best is probably Echo’s. ADAPTIVE CIRCUITS ENGAGED: ‘INSERT HERO NAME’
