Was thinking of this as I played Ram today, his primary fire feels so bad to use and I realized it is quite possibly the worst in the game.
Any other candidates? Only other I could think of is Hog, if not close range.
Wifeleaver has a terrible amount of damage but thats cause he is a Healbot, not much of a DPS.

1 or 2 more dmg per shot and LW’s shooting could be an actual threat I feel like.
if he had more damage he might end up becoming too much like baptiste and how good his damage is.
buut i don’t mind not being able to shoot as long as my healing and or teamwork can be just as good 
He’s pretty damaging to anyone who gets in his face. I’m always happy for a free kill when a Winston jumps me.

Referring to LW right? Because as Ram, you should be pummeling, as Winston prob has bubble up.

yeah. as a LW when Winston jumps in and bubbles himself in my face he’s basically as good as dead, so long as I don’t miss my headshots. Ram I’m going to run from, his defense will negate anything lw can throw

Symmetra. Imagine Soldier 76’s primary with no headshot damage, 1/3 of the range, starting 60 dmg and no real ability to combo with for more damage. And its only advantage is… ignoring a couple tank cooldowns and conditionally more ammo.
He has high DPS but his spread goes up a lot with range. You dont see him taking risks to DPS a lot because of that, but he has high dps, specially for a support.

Widows SMG feels completely useless

It’s pretty insane after the buffs. I’ve seen Widow 76 fend off dive heroes with it. I’ve done it too.
