Can someone explain me what workshop seeting integer, workshop setting real and workshop setting toggle conditions do and give me an example of how can i use it?

It adds a new “Workshop Settings” card to your custom game settings. This lets you (and other people who host your mode) to tweak certain values in your Workshop game mode without having to go into the Workshop Editor.
If you need an example, here is a mode that features several Workshop Settings:

The mode gives Echo a new ability and the Workshop Settings allow you to tweak the stats of it.
