I had an idea, but I’m not sure how to go about it.
The goal is to change the way capturing the objective works. Both on points and payloads. I want it to be a proportional capturing system.
Example:
- Winston is on point and it’s capping. Moira gets on. The capping stops. As per usual.
- Winston and DVA are on point, it’s capping, Moira gets on. It still continues to cap
- Winston and DVA are on point, Moira and Hog on, capping stops, 2 v 2 on point, business as usual
- Winston, DVA, Lucio are on point, Moira and Hog on, capping continues, and so on
Basically in order to defend or attack, I want it to be proportional. If you’re defending and have 5 people on the point, 1 Moira can’t stall.
I want to encourage obj play by rewarding obj players, and punishing those that don’t get on during a game. Most importantly, I want to stop stallers. If a ball gets on at the last checkpoint on Eichenwald he can’t stall by himself. It will have to be a coordinated effort to attack and defend.
Is this possible in workshop? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
