I won my 7 games in comp with the dps role for the 2nd time without getting 20 loses beforehand and I still don’t get a rank up. The first time I was close to the 20 loses I think 15 or so and thought, ok maybe i was too bad but when i reached the 7th win again and not a rank up i knew it was something wrong i ask for help i didn’t get any penalties for leaving the games which is why i wonder pls send help fast xD mikey

I made it through my 7 games twice , just like you but playing as a support. And I’m still stuck at the same ELO with the fear of not being able to play with my friends very soon

As you, no penalty and not even making the 20 loses on my account since i play Overwatch 2.

I’m experiencing the same thing on support! I’m stuck in gold 3 after winning my 7 games 2 times, although I was disconnected from the servers at the end of 1 game during the first seven which gave me a queue penalty, and disconnected from the servers a 2nd game on the 2nd round of my 7 wins which was not to any fault of my own. I tried reconnecting to both games but was not able to log back in before they were over. I’m pretty frustrated because I don’t know if I’m being penalized for disconnecting and they refuse to rank me up or if there’s a bug going on. Either way I wan’t compensation for my 14 wins

my tank wins resets always and i cant rank up on dps i was b5 made it to b1 with two rank ups and know it dosent matter if i go 7/19 or 7/0 i dont get to rank up and my friends just keept grinding and for them it works they are all plat by now and i cant play with them anymore even though i hard carrie all my round and win idk why . like i have 9 tank wins by now and it still says only 1 won in this list after a match
Same here won 7 games went from gold 3 to 4 then won another 7 no change then another 7 no change not sure what’s happening.

i first got the b5 bugg then i went up won 14 games and then i was b1 and now i cant rank up more i won the 7 matches like 3 times by now and all my friends are plat with nearly the same stats and i cant play with them anymore
i have done it at least 5 times as support, have over 50 wins and still wont rank up

Ive been playing tank rank not stop since the release, fun game btw. But no matter how well I perform, and win, I’m bronze 5. After my first 7 wins, I’m bronze 5, then next 14 wins, I’m bronze 5. next 21 wins, I’m bronze 5, next 28 wins, I won 7 and only lost 2, I’m still bronze 5. Ive seem a lot of articles saying its a bug, and its very frustrating, because my friends are ranking up and now I cant play with them anymore. And am forced to play what is a fun team game, by myself.

i promoted from silver 2 to silver 2 , 3 times now, on dps once, 2 times in a row on support. my friend told me that my 54% wr dps wasnt enough to get me to a promotion. okay i thought. Then i play support, i rank up twice to silver 2 on support. (14) wins. BUt i DONT RANK UP? i have litterally a 60% wr overall
and i do well in my games? my lowest character wr that i play is 58% the others all over 70. So i wonder if its a bug or why am i not getting my rankups “TWICE”. Also some of my friends who are worse have higher rank and got placed higher. thats only cuz of the bug tho. I dont know, this game has so many flaws in it. I dont wanna play so many games just to not get progress.

I have done it three times now on support, we better get compensated for this because what a waste of time and effort. This is such a bad bug if it is a bug and I just know its going to take them forever to fix it and we won’t get anything as a reward for it.

Adding to this. 35 wins, 77 games played 13 hrs in, play time per character seems to be adding up as well. 5 times now my rank should have updated, still sitting Bronze 5. My friend who started Comp. after the issue was supposedly resolved seems to be moving up fine.
I really hope they will retroactively do something about this cause its frustrating to play comp, do well in games, win games, and be stuck at the lowest possible rank no matter what. I get theres a lot of bugs but they reported this one is fixed as of a few days ago and still seeing no changes.

update its been the 4th time still no rankup but i had a 4time rank up with tank from b3 to s4. idk why its happening but i just want to play with my friends that are plat like dude im not a gm guy but im not that bad last ow i was mid gold and on other account high plat dude
