Obviously an exaggeration but his numbers have been buffed so hard
He needs to go back to like 65 dps if they’re going to keep him this survivable and unpunishable

They could up his ult charge requirement a bit. I feel like he does get it a little too easy as well.
It is intentional. They quite literally told us that they were going to buff Reinhardt and Winston because people enjoy playing as, with, and against them. It’s part of project “give the people what they want and hope they keep queueing tank.”
