No. But Winston is the biggest enabler by a wide margin.
I truly hope this is salt and sarcasm (possibly in response to ex cu see) because I’m getting bored of, and demoralized by these posts.
IMO Winston is arguably one of the best balanced heroes in the game. Yes, he enabled Dive, but he wasn’t the primary engine of its success (that mostly goes to DVa and Zenyatta)
It’s 100% normal to think that at least one of Winston/Dva/Tracer/Zen are broken since they were present throughout the entire dive meta.
