Yes I know that Winston can hit multiple people at once, but it’s a bit stupid if you can’t or just barely out damage a healer. It makes Winston completely useless.
It’s not his job to kill people. It’s his job to create the space for his teammates to move up and follow up on the space he created. If he gets a kill, then that’s just an added bonus.

Winston is in a great spot and has been for almost a year, I don’t think he needs a buff at all.

Killing is not Winston’s job and it certainly doesn’t make him useless.

Nah, they need to leave Winston alone. Not many characters can jump half way across the map and drop a bubble shield.
He isn’t built to do a lot of damage. More like cleanup. And is suppose to work with a team. Sounds like you’re trying to solo stuff.

No. Absolutely not. He’s already a must-pick and he’s fairly balanced as it is. He doesn’t need more kill potential when he doesn’t require heavy aim and can do consistent damage across multiple heroes, with pretty decent mobility.

While I agree that not being able to out damage a heal beam feels like a slap in the balls, he does not need a buff. He’s still very good.

also he doesn’t really lack the damage, his damage is pretty fine.

ps: winston can kill, you just need to focus the right targets at the right time. i always kill the backline supports when they are focused in other things like pushing. i have a 3.92 k/d. so yes, he is more than capable to kill
I’m a 50hrs winston main he is actually fine doesn’t need buff/nerfs try watching some Winston tips and positioning .
So sorry but I think he does, I cant make room if I cant kill people. Most times it’s a junk or some needy D.va. And like I said I cant dish out enough damage to properly get them off of me because even a zen orb can keep someone alive long enough to kill a Winston.
If you get focused just stop jumping into enemies until you are 100% certain that your team will be there with you. You can play Winston defensively too, sitting behind some cover, you know.
Just wait until it’s safe to jump on your preferred target. Do not try to kill enemies who get healed alone.
