Wins not counting towards progress badge correctly

My badge for Competitive Open Queue wins should be levelling up with each win, but it only levels up every 2 wins.

Player progression released in season 6. Since then I’ve won 123 games of Competitive Open Queue, but my badge is only level 61.

Here’s my career profile from sheetshots taken a few days ago, showing that I should be at least badge level 96 from the last 2 seasons alone:

I don’t know how many other badges this affects, I just happened to notice this one

I came to post about the same issue. Mine happened for mystery heroes/shapeshifted. I had 190 wins at the start of the session and my 8th game didn’t count towards my total.
