Just before the update I queued into a game, I won the game after the update, I was rank 157 or something around there. I restarted the game and looked at my rank, it had dropped to rank 336.
I was not the only one that experienced this. A few days earlier I was watching LHCloudy stream and he had this happen to him, but he went from rank 5 to rank 11 after winning a game, even though no one in the top 10 had played any games.
This bug might be happening to lower-rated players too, but they can’t see the effects so clearly since the top 500 updates after every game, whereas other ranks update after 7 wins or 20 losses.
Gotta say that this is probably the most frustrating bug that I’ve experienced in any game.
