what will happen to our actual SR ranking in competitive open Q arcade mode?
Will we keep it as a base for the next upcoming open Q competitive mode (season 23)?

I am pretty sure you will just go from where you end. They are only moving it under comp section. There is no reason to reset anything there.
Thank you for your answer. That is also my thought but I couldn’t find any “official” info about it. I even rewatch Jeff’s explanation on Battlenet.
I tryhard so bad to climb from bronze to 2k4 that I would be glad to keep my SR points for next season in open Q.

Good job, it should not be hard for you do it again anyway if you have gold skill and mindset

As proven by normal comp Blizzard are very…particular…about their mmr and never bend from it. I don’t see any way they wipe the slate clean. But maybe it’s best not to get your hopes up and be happily surprised.
