It has been a whole year since Numbani airport was destroyed.
It is getting to the point where it is hurting any immersion the world had. To update the museum, payload, and banners in Numbani as if time passed within the world- but leave the airport shut down doesn’t make sense. The airport is arguably one of the most important public facilities that a city can offer, but Numbani hasn’t had any successful arrivals or departures for an entire year.
Blizzard, please consider restoring Numbani airport to its former glory. Give Numbani back its freedom and restore its wings! As Lúcio says sometimes when he is on the map,
“Now this is my kinda city, everyone’s free to live as they choose.” *
*Unless they wish to leave the country or visit/host family.

They changed Hanamura after the Dragons cinematic came out. Still hasn’t been changed back. Since they went through the effort of changing the payload and museum (last point def spawn), I doubt they’ll be changing it back.

If I’m not mistaken Orisa has a voiceline related to numbani.
I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons why they don’t fix it???
Still feels bad though…
To be honest, the space there felt kinda empty before that. And btw they have already chanegd the map twice.
I highly doubt it will be just “reverted”. Not without any markings from the previous changes.
