Will we get a Developer Update today?

I know we have a general idea on what’s happening but today will be a massive day in Overwatch History. A Dev Update just seems to fit the occasion

Not likely today, we already know all of the details of the new patch. Perhaps later on this week or maybe next week, but right now everyone is likely going to be working to make sure this new patch is up and running smooth today.

Where are the details of this patch? I haven’t seen an announcement posted in that forum since February.

The Announcement Forums are no longer used to display the current live patch notes. Live patch notes can be found on the official Patch Notes page on PlayOverwatch.com. Please note the game is not yet updated to the new patch featuring Sigma and Role Queue, you can find the most recent Blizzard Posts in the PTR Feedback forum containing the patch notes for the upcoming 1.39 patch.

Why haven’t they deleted that forum or announced that it is no longer used if it is no longer used?

It is still used for announcements relating to the official forums and other things where the Patch Notes page or the News Page is not the best suited.

We sure get the Sigma gameplay trailer today but i think we only get Dev Update in the next week.

1 hour and 20 minutes AFAIK.

Correct me if I’m wrong but is there still another feature they are waiting to implement outside of this patch right? They teased another sort of social feature.

We might get that revealed in the next dev update right?
