Made this a long time ago, last year’s Junkenstein i think
it still confuses me that Tracer is called the “Will of the wisps” in the gamemode, but never got a skin for it
so, i made one.

So there can be 5 vampire skins but ONLY ONE forest/nature skin

Also, I think Mercy’s Sugar Plum Fairy skin was a fan-made skin from… a contest or something?
They just don’t make that many fan-made skins.
I love Orisa’s Forest Spirit skin, as well as Sombra’s Rime and Symmetra’s Dragon skin. As well as Doomfist’s Blackhand skin and Roadhog’s Butcher skin. More fantasy-themed skins for other heroes would be amazing. I mean, look at Winston’s Gargoyle skin. One of his, if not the best skin.

Pics? They don’t make fanmade skins cuz potential legal issues.
It can be something inspired by a fan skin but they won’t make an official skin out of a fan made one.
Those were halloween skins.
How many people are actually into forest skins? Also it needs to be for a matching character (which tracer is definitely not)

i can’t find anything on the Hanzo skin, so that might have been made by devs
I don’t think it’s just forest skins, I think a lot of people like the high fantasy-themed skins in general. They are so different from the usual Overwatch aesthetic. Forest Spirit Orisa is one of my favorite skins out of all the hero skins.
The deign isn’t really the same.
It is like someone making a Santa skin for torb. Everyone knows how Santa looks like so obviously it will have huge resemblance.
Well of course the design isn’t the same, Blizzard might want to change things
you can’t just rip a skin from 2D to 3D, things might need changing that the devs didn’t like.
i’m into it. this is more spirit than forest, anyway. it looks good enough to actually be in the game. i’m all for “fantasy” kind of skins.

i think JR allows Blizzard to look at fans skins more, and put them in game
it’s a complete 180 in terms of skin design for the game.
Speaking of Orisa and not making fan skins…
i remember this fan art from about a year before Orisa get her forrest spirit skin…it looks familiar somehow

Idk what is more shocking. This or the fact that 2 people in this world actually though of orisa as a tree for some weird reason. Why is she a tree again?
A walking tree is nothing new for Blizz,they made WoW after all.
