Will I get banned for playing overwatch on 2 devices?

So here’s the deal: I have a laptop on which I play Overwatch. I bought a new desktop PC today, on which I intend to play Overwatch aswell (on the same account). I still occasionally want to play on my laptop though, if I bring my laptop to a friends house for example.

I’m just asking this to be sure: will I get banned for doing this? Will Blizzard think I am sharing my account with other people?

I read something on another forum which said that you cannot attempt to log in to the same account on 2 devices at the same time; but does this mean logging in to Overwatch or logging in to the battle.net launcher?

(Sorry for any mistakes by the way, English isn’t my mother tongue)

I can’t say I know much about this. I can tell you though that when my computer broke down I had to use an old one from like 2010 (which was garbage) while I waited for the replacement, since it was still in warranty.

I wasn’t banned for it, and Blizzard haven’t said anything. But swapping between the two occasionally seems like it could be a different kettle of fish.

I guess I will just try, and if it’s not allowed then they will probably give a warning first. Wish me luck :stuck_out_tongue:

No you won’t, switching devices is perfectly fine and rather routine for many people. You just can’t log in on two devices at the same time since the other device will be automatically logged out when you log in on a new one.
