Will I be able to run OW on my laptop?

I recently bought my sisters laptop since she got a new one for christmas and was wondering if I’d be able to run OW on it.
Here are the specs:
i5-4200U 1.6GHz Boost 2.3GHz 2C/4T
8GB DDR3L Memory
NVIDIA GT 750M 4GB
500GB HDD (assuming 5400rpm, but I don’t know for sure)

Not looking for 1080p gaming or anything amazing, just will it be playable at all.
