This is what we want for the healer, brig

Note: Read comment number 1 before reading.
  • Give brig additional health pool when overheal back
  • Revert health nerf
  • Go on a direction with Brig - off support or main healer.
  • Off support: Increase her melee damage to 40-45, her range by 2m, revert her healthpool back to 250HP, make her shield wider, with 400 health and decrease movement penalty by 10%, 1 repair pack which does 200HP.
  • Main healer: 4 repair packs each does 25 armor (can’t stack), cooldown decreased by 1 sec, remove the stun but decrease cooldown to 5 sec for mobility, whipshot knockback reduced and its dmg, shield back to 200hp
