Thats not possible, even if the player only goes for headshots, avoids barriers and only aims for the head they would still not maintain this accuracy unless they only played widow for like 5 mins and stopped which is clearly not the case here.
Also is a widow player is going for headshots only and hitting them for a kill every fight then they are not padding their stats, their doing their damn job
