When they last fought they both had two eyes after that Ana went with the Pirate patch.
Ana has the better kit but Widow owns the dueling in lore and in game.
Neither. Both somehow landed their headshots yet couldn’t finish the kill. Big fail in my book.

Young Ana. Widow recognize her as a legend. Hanzo recognize her as an assassin. Even Doomfist acknowledge her skills.
She also put a sniper bullet in her eye.
Canonically, Widow beats Ana.

Also, Widow wasn’t fully “converted” (i. e. heart rate decreased, emotions removed, etc) when she shot Ana in the eye, was she?

Ana didn’t lose to Widow, she lost to circumstance. She had the drop on her, positioning, and aim, but hesitated due to emotional ties. In a vacuum as a sniper, she is superior.
Also, how did Widow get brainwashed into being a sniper? That’s goofy. You don’t get good aim because you don’t have any emotions, you get good aim because you’ve practiced like crazy. Ana clearly worked harder and otherwise has all the natural abilities required.

I think it’s kinda even.
Ana had an mechanical eye transplant and a super scope.
But she hesitated, which ultimately caused her to lose the duel.
If she didn’t hesitate though… I wonder. But she did say it was the toughest shot she had to fire in her life. And she missed, eventhough barely. While Widow rotated and immediately managed to hit her shot. So… Widow does have the edge i guess. Which i’m saying bedgrudgingly. But both have more going for them than just a sniper rifle.
Widow also knows proper martial arts and is among one of the most agile characters in the lore.
Meanwhile, Ana has years of experience under her belt and utilizes specialized gadgets with peak proficiency.
Ana, but that’s only if she doesn’t hesitate. If she knew who she was going to kill Widowmaker would’ve gotten clapped
