Hello. So, I updated my game the other day and I was missing the OW1 contender skin for Widowmaker. I’ve had that skin since they were Twitch drops and for some reason they are no longer there. They are acting like it’s locked. I only have one Blizzard account that I use to play Overwatch. I’ve look all over the forums for a solution and nothing has helped me.
Since May, I have been reporting the same problem with the skins. They just told me that the new patch would fix the problem, but it didn’t.
