Second most popular using what metric? Doubt she is more popular than tracer and genji. Also mythic skins clearly are not made based on popularity, considering heroes like orisa, sigma, and jq got skins before rein, Dva.

QP is were majority of ow players are.
Those unpopular heroes get skins when there is hero launch season to carry them.
Since next season is no hero, you will get popular hero mythic stuff.
welp if the endgame is to get me to skip a skin and save my mythic prizms for something that’s worth them, a Widow skin would do it
