Muscles represent power, which isn’t directly tied to sexuality. Though many, especially in this society, see power as something sexual (mostly due to growing up with an obvious power-gradient in life). If power is to pander to females, then I question the intention of the industry. You can know when something is sexual without having that orientation. Why do straight men not find the men in this game to be sexual? Because they aren’t, except very few small things about each character (Soldier’s past makes him vulnerable, and therefor sexy, for example).
If you’re worried about people enjoying harmless video game butts, you’re grasping for straws. Maybe quit being such a hater because Widow has a nice behind.

What you find sexy vs what other people find sexy is opinions. Some people might not find vulnerability sexual therefore they don’t find soldier sexy. It’s all opinions and also most straight guys don’t find the male characters in overwatch sexual because finding something sexual is all about your tastes and straight guys do no find other guys sexual.
Sexuality is complex because someone can tie anything to sexuality (for various reasons), and make it sexual. However, there is something that all people find sexy, and that is accessibility and ease of the act itself. Sex is sexual.
The way you put that is very predatorial and also not true. You have no idea what other people find sexual because you aren’t them. Sure you can guess but you never truly know unless they tell you.

But, I usually play Widowmaker so I don’t get to look at her a whole lot. There have been one or two times I’ve watched her strafe and the way she swings her hips and walks and stuff is awkward, but now that I think about it, it makes sense. She scope strafes on her tip toes and moves her feet like a ballerina would. A major core part of her character.
A lot of Ballet uniforms are also less than modest.
And if she spent any time of her life as a ballet dancer (spoiler alert, canon says she has) she’s probably very used to it.
If a child watches a dance competition do you cover their eyes?
What about figure skating? Swimming?
What about children who actually do those things? Do you assume they are sexualizing it? They likely aren’t. Simply because it isn’t in their nature, and also because there’s a degree of professionalism to it.

Most of the clothing choices in those activities are like that way for mobility, something Widowmaker doesn’t need because she’s a video game character, but still something that is a part of her real relate-able character.
So it’s not Widowmakers fault you, or anybody else, is sexualizing her. At 400+ hours of Widowmaker, I look at her like I look at my work partner. We’re here to do a job together. If you have something else in your mind that’s on you. I don’t condone or reprimand you for it. It’s your free time and this is just a game whatever, but I’m just saying it’s nobody else’s fault but yours.

Oh come on. Some people like the Winged Victory skin for Mercy only because of the panties. When you kill her, the skirt flips up showing a white diaper. But for me it’s okay since her outfit is based on greek goddesses, who would wear togas and white/gold dresses with white panties or nothing under.
