What is your initial prediction of how the match will go?
I feel when my dps are both widow/hanzo, its either they are carrying the team, or they arent good, there is no in between.
It’s true, they are either gonna be the carry or the reason you lose.

If there is a Hanzo on either side… Its because they needed the stupidly large projectiles to actually get kills and couldnt play this game if their lives deepened on it.
Widow on my team… wont feed, but wont really contribute either…
Hanzo… same with a higher chance of feeding , but also might actually do something impactful
I go Moira to do the work. 
I think it usually falls in-between. There is no way the average player is going to be hitting those one-shot headshots consistently, but when they do it temporarily swings the game. Also depends on if the enemy DPS is flanking them constantly and no one on your team is helping them.
