Widow nerfs when?

Her pickrate has skyrocketed out nowhere so it’s time for her to come down a few pegs cause i am so done with seeing her nigh every single game. And it’s usually ximmers so a mousetrap system also cant come soon enough

Widow was always a pretty popular Hero even if the players are not good with her. Its pretty oblivious if you look at the Pickrates between Comp and QP, While in Comp she is rarely played in most ranks and if she is played, its on almost exclusivity on her strong maps. In QP she is the opposite, even in Bronze she is in the top 3 of DPS.

In S13 Havana and Circuit Royal will get reworks. Since both are very good Maps for Widow, and since there are very good maps for Widow as well as that many struggle with her already. I suspect and hope that she will get Buffs to compensate for the reworks of her best maps.

Ximming is a problem on a entire different page and is not a Widow problem.

I have to be honest, she is one of the only heroes that is vaguely threatening with xim post season 9. Not that I care. It’s so easy to aim in this game that I can duel the cheaters just fine with my “super size me” projectiles.

Anyways, Havana and Circuit Royale reworks are “bad news bears” for Widowmaker as is. They would be silly to nerf her if that is true.

don’t tell me widow alone is a issue while you play tank.? Or are you one of these… “Widow isn’t my job!” Tanks that refuse to play anything that can move faster than a snail?

or are you gm and face 4 peelers next to widow including their tank? Thats something i can respect but not the blame widow gets for it.

its not widows fault bap and sigma hang out with her…

What makes you think she’s an issue for me particularly when im on tank? There are three entire roles in this game so it stand to reason that i have play time on all three, don’t you think?

there are a lot of heroes that synergize with those two but none of them are as oppressive as she is

She’s hitscan so probably never or gonna get slap on the wrist like -5m on range or -1 on grapple
