To have a hero have a one-shot, that is instant and cant be reacted on the standard weapon without a cooldown, in an ABILITY based game is stupid.
Same for a hero that disables abilities. Three times, you can guess who are the two more problematic heroes in the game, regardless how strong or weak they are.

Okay? But on the other hand. Shouldn’t it be refreshing knowing that in a hard dive meta you can play anti dive and still have a viable chance to win? Seems ridiculous to be upset that two viable metas are existing instead of one just rampaging the entire game outright.

both dive and anti dive work, but widow somehow transcends those barriers. its asinine
widow should never be meta. most unhealthy hitscan/dps in the entire game
they gutted hanzo, they gutted sojourn, now it’s time to gut widowmaker.
hitscan oneshot is unbalanceable. if there’s actual risk like a rein pin or junkrat getting into your face its acceptable, her sitting 300m away with brig packing her every 3 seconds when i go to dive her is unacceptable

that season of 40m widow falloff was heaven. i could stand by the statue on kings row and not get one shot by the widow on the ledge in attacker spawn
there was actually a sliver of risk involved, she had to play at somewhat normal engagement ranges. the devs have to stop catering to glue eating widow players i’m so serious they need to all be banned
