I dont mind playing with or against a good Widow and i figured there would be alot of them right now with the skin she just got.
The problem is i keep coming across Widows that have Sight up all the time or with obvious head trackers.
I didnt think much of it at first because Actiblizz is kinda bad at deterring hackers, but its getting to the point where I’m either teamed with or put against one every other match.
Anyone else having this issue or am I just getting really unlucky.
And more aimboters with Widow.
She’s the most lopsided effort to value ratio hero in the game
Her existing makes so much space and she’s easy af to play
At the very least with Hanzo it’s not like “oh i can never peek this sightline” he’s projectile so he doesn’t have consistency
Widow has way more consistency, a higher critical hit rate because she’s hitscan. Long ranged hitscan one shot is one of the most braindead idiotic things in this entire game and I’m sick of the devs catering to the sniper crowd
The topic is literally talking about cheaters, not regular Widow players
If there is one objective issue with snipers as a concept, it is the cheater crowd. I don’t think that would be a fair reason to not include it though, cheaters gonna cheat anyways.
Also Widow isn’t a braindead character at all, you gotta be super focused to do well lol
I think both are issues
Widow in high elo
and also widow cheating in low elo. i dont know i haven’t found that many widow cheaters because its way too obvious

Nah, who cares about cheaters? Whatever. I enjoy listening to you complain about characters. That’s where the real content is at! Do not let them deter you from speaking your mind.
Cheating is it’s own problem unrelated to the character, Widow is just the most effective character for cheating on due to her mechanics and the simplicity of them
You don’t get cheaters going for Hanzo because despite the similarities, the mere fact that he’s projectile throws off the consistency enough to not be worth it. But if Widow didn’t exist, Hanzo would certainly be a bigger target for cheating on.
