I aimed for a specific spot so I could snipe, however the hook decided to go five feet away from where I wanted it to, resulting in my hooking to my death.
you probably just set your Grappling Sensitivity too high.

Never knew there was such thing as “grappling hook sensitivity”. Seems pretty flawed to have the default setting set to where the hook doesn’t go where you tell it to.
