So what is going on with the que its like 20-40 mins are they gonna fix it?
they have to find another group with similar elos, the wider it is the longer it would take
if is relatively small like silver to plat, it wont take as long

New heo - queues on support are just wild now.
takes less time with larger groups (3 or 5 stacks) since it will have to find duos or only enemies rather than 3-stacks since solo Q players cant wide Q
maybe its lower from people testing out juno in QP but it tends to be like 10m average for me on a good day for 3-stack, marginally shorter for 5-stack, and longer for duos (since duo can only Q with 3-stacks)
it will take longer also if you dont Q for all roles or tank only, since those roles might be hard to distribute among the groups relative to ranks
