Oh I agree that there’s some tuning to do. I just don’t want it to alter how she plays because that’s what’s fun about her. Numbers tweaks not gut mobility.

I still can’t believe how pressed you guys are about this. After everything that’s been in this game.
Make the cd longer? That is the simplest one, punishes her for bad rings but rewards good timing.
I believe that is what makes the game twice as fun.
Uh… You do not use Lucio speed during your duels?
Just make their stats blow omega chunks.
Just give every hero a speed boost.

Pickrate stats aren’t accurate nor matter. Juno brig is the definitive meta, it isn’t up for debate. Juno is strong without her yes, but brig literally removes the biggest weakness of juno entirely, that being her lack of self healing.
Brig makes juno untouchable.

How do you manage to be wrong about almost everything you said. Like you might actually have to have never opened the game or are just playing a different game all together in thinking this way.
show me a brig, bap, ana, juno popping off, getting double/triple picks/elims? didn’t think so. when supports weren’t underpowered players base was larger. support is boring to watch. boring to play. average min elims before rigging use to be 30 elims. now, around 30 elims, per the match. this means that players spend most of their time staring at each other as their shots do nothing. zero fun factor.
How much time do you have, because I have SO many clips of them doing all of that, for Christ sakes watch ANY game of owl or owcs and you will see them do that, let alone in just a regular Overwatch game.
utter fiction. occasional double/triple won’t impress. it would have to be at least half the time during course of match. thus, clips won’t cut it.

I will prove it go to ANY ow streamer or coach and look at their season tierlist and I would bet money they put those 3 in A and S tier, and you must be new because Jesus 30 is a normal amount of kills, like there is no way 30 kills is rigged, if 30 kills is rigged then any rank about Plat isn’t real
30 elims was the minimum, as in, the lowest elims on team, BEFORE rigging began 2019. today, around 30 every match = rigged. the pattern is clear. the intent is clear. hamster wheel rig fest. artificial ceiling. predetermined artificial outcomes. before rigging: large staff, large playerbase, large revenue. rigging has massive implications. cause and effect.

I actually hate it when I get caught in Juno’s speed boost depending on which character I’m playing.
I don’t know about anyone else, but it messes up the developing muscle memory I have on Widowmaker, and I can’t properly arc my grenades as Junkrat. Of course it’s a lot more beneficial on Rat, mostly because his projectiles have a greater margin of error than Widowmaker’s sniper shots, but the point remains. I’m also just bad at landing shots to begin with, even if my direct hit accuracy on Rat has gone up.
This doesn’t really comment on your post itself, more or less just my personal experience with Juno’s speed ring.
anything above 1 min is high, considering, support, historically has been under 60 seconds. anything higher than whatever the norm is for a players respective rank, confirms exodus.
