You can post the replay if you want other people to confirm your suspicions, but Blizzard will not consider it as a report.
You can report them using the in-game report tool or by e-mailing hacks@blizzard.com.
I will check replay tomorrow but I seriously doubt that. Not only i dont see a point to do this but also chance to get in same match on two accounts is very low. I mean what if he would be placed with both on same team? Then what?he would lose.
Avoid as teammate is a thing.
I can see this being possible at very high and very low Elo, at least enough that you’ll be okay sometimes disconnecting from the deranking hero and just playing the boosted hero.
Anywhere in the middle (i.e. not <500SR or Top500 player) there will be too many candidates for teammate to reliably match with yourself.
Win-trading is mostly only a Top500 thing anyway, so maybe, but win-trading circles already exist and self-trading just seems like extra hassle.
True i didnt think about avoid, but damn how desperate you have to be to run two accounts to do this lol. But can he even virtualy do anything? Because he has to operate both accounts, it still will be like 5v5 almost.
I haven’t looked at the replay, but, in theory, one side is throwing and the other side is trying.
Even if you occasionally “afk” from the “trying” side, the “throwing” side would be inactive much more, letting you control the balance of power. But in that case you’d almost certainly get reported, since the “throwing” side would be obviously idle most of the time…
So while I think it’s not impossible, I think it would be more effort than it is worth and get you a lot of reports, so you wouldn’t be able to do it for long. And if you’re doing it to win-trade in high Elo, it’s non-trivial to get another “throwing” account high enough so you can’t just cycle dozens of them, not even on console.
… I wasn’t going to bother but after all this discussion I guess I will end up taking a look at the replay after all!
lets say he get paid to do this , CoolOriginZ is his alt account and SUNSNACK is someone who paid him.
I dont think so, first of all, if he paid for boost, booster would play on his account, this is pretty whacky way how to boost account. Also didnt you say its same person moving only one of them every time?
I don’t know why they’re doing what they’re doing, but it’s definitely one person playing 2 accounts at roughly the 3700SR level. Mostly playing one until death and then switching to the other, but there are occasionally other switches as well.
I don’t see how it could be anything besides win-trading, you wouldn’t experience grind in high Elo competitive matches… but it’s not subtle, and would surely get reports on both accounts.
but it is if you watching replay. this booster not really about his skill so he’s did this.
