Where is the next Tank / Male hero. Why 2 supports in a row? In a time where supports are being asked to be buried under nerfs, you would release another support. I don’t understand honestly.

Can we please stop now with these “where’s mah male hero” posts? This is getting ridiculous. It literally doesn’t even matter. Blizzard literally designed an amazing hero and all you can think about is that it isn’t a male?

I mean, that’s cool and all, but the game needed more supports and tanks more than it needed more DPS heroes. Surely you cannot deny that.

I actually thought the new hero would be a defense hero but I guess Blizzard doesn’t see the need for a defense hero right now.

Defense != DPS. Several tanks and healers output more dps than some defense heroes do. Plus, most of the defense heroes play very differently from offense heroes do. It’s the must hurtful fallacy to be grouped up with offense heroes as if offense and defense are all the same. We aren’t and it hurts both groups that people think we are.

Well you must have tunnel vision because first im more worried that we didn’t get a tank like we should have, we just got a roadhog mixed with torbjorn. Second, why is it bad that i would like a story character that isn’t a female for once that will actually get playtime unlike a certain new hero we had.

Who though, the only nerf I see asked for anymore is Moira because she counters dive and people don’t like that. Mercy is being asked for a buff, Ana is being asked for a buff, Lucio is being asked for a buff. Then Zen is Zen

I’m kinda disappointed she’s support tbh, really wanted the next one to be male and more “main” heal-ish. Oh well.

They do damage. Many heroes do, including tanks and supports. But they are defense heroes, not DPS. There is no DPS category. There is Offense, Defense, Tank, and Support. You are either saying that defense as a category is meaningless, or you are trolling. The first is wrong, and hurtful, the second is just uncalled for.

I don’t know why you would think the new hero would be a Defense when Blizz said they’d be Meta changing from the get-go.

DPS are never characters that define metas, it’s almost always the tanks and supports.
