Because they feel its the DPS job, they cant help maintain a balance when needed.
Because the tank/dps needs to come back to them for heals, supports are so entitled that they forget their job is the to be the flexible one for the team, not the other way around.

to add to this, I had a match yesterday where I am on Rammtra, running around killing people, but they are at 9k heal each, my ana is at 2k heal.
when i said whats holding you back from healing the team, the ana said
Ana: you go too far
Me: Your majesty, do you want me to sit outside spawn for you? should I move to suit your convenience and fight off enemy team? or is it your task to move off your comfort zone to “support” the team.

Moira has higher damage output than a few dps.
Love it.
Doesn’t top the best moment of 2022, where hundreds of supports were crying about “playing respawn simulator” and a Dev came in and said that Supports were the ones dying less, only an 8% more than in 6v6 and the max % was like in Masters/High Diamond with a 15%.
