No. He’s being propped up by the meta. He needs two shields and a metric ton of heals to do okay.

Not at all being smart where you set up as him is the real winner. Oh and moving often ofcourse.
But ofcourse 2 barriers is nice but in no way needed.
He has never been a good pick before 2 barriers. He has consistenly done poorly for the entire history of the game except for a few map spots.
This is the first time Bastion is a decent pick and even then there are much better ones. He’s only decent.

Sym is a 200hp squishy that gets rolled by Doom if he dives her. Doom can’t dive a bastion though

Good for you. There is always “that one guy” doing well on underpowered heroes for whatever reason, doesn’t change their overall balance.
