I did season drive last season and only did placements. Got plat5, played a couple of games to get to diamond 5. This season finished placements directly in diamond 5 and a game win from diamond 4.
I guess its not everyone. There is probably more going on.
I donāt think so but its always āweirdā that in placements, they try ranges always below you and never above.
Like if you are Diamond, out of 10 placement matches, you play like 7 with people from Silver-Plat and maybe 3 with some Diamonds on both teams.
At least thats what happened to me on the 3 roles. If it was only 1 ā¦ well bad luck I guess, but on ALL 3 ? bruh.
Placed my DPS role two divisions above where I finished last season. Went 7-3 in placements.
After the first placement match, it was predicting me to be a full rank below my last seasonās rank though.
Iām now 0-4 in DPS after placements. Iām seeing quite a few players who are way more skilled for this rank and also many who shouldnāt be here, but thatās no different from the past few seasons.
