Now we gotta wait a month and a half for them to fix the overturned character.
The new season just started and we already know what’s out of balance, but we still need to wait the midseason patch? 
Did they say that they wouldn’t hotnerf her? I wouldn’t be surprised if they did since they consider 55% win rate to be a red alert, and by their metrics she’s at 58%.
No, but I didn’t read anywhere either confirming a hotnerf as well, so by the speed we know they do stuff, we can only assume.
Well, Hog got a hotnerf in the latter half of season ten when the helmet passive made him unkillable, so there’s a small glimmer of hope. I do feel your frustration though. Pharah’s seemingly everywhere right now, and options are pretty limited when it comes to directly hitting her as a tank. Ram anti-flier puddle buff please, Blizzard. 
If space ranger is a flying hero, the devs definitely should buff that anti flight field.
Either reach or duration, not necessarily the damage though.
IMO they should buff Echo.

Damage definitely shouldn’t be bumped up, imo. I think puddle is fine (if boring) where it is versus non-fliers, and mucking about with the damage risks rocking the boat in that department.
I think a minor rework for the ability is in order. It’s odd having a grenade act as an anti-flier ability, it’s bizarre how little height it has, and most fliers can easily zoom right out of the puddle (horizontally) even if they do somehow get snagged anyway.
But they knew this before S11 started and left her alone so I guess they have no plan to nerf her at least until the next patch, and possibly not until next season.
Blizzard works in mysterious ways so that’s possible. It might also be that her pick rate (which they didn’t mention) made them unsure whether Pharah was kinda niche or not, but if she’s kept that win rate while her pick rate’s gone up, she might get hotnerfed next week or so.
Can’t wait for that Reaper nerf back into irrelevancy for god knows how long. Woohoo!
They’ll also hotnerf Sym the exact moment they hotnerf Pharah, so I’ll never get to see what Sym’s like in a match without Pharah in it.
