Btw i am not really asking this question i am a top 500 supp player so i know for a fact that she didnt needed a nerf , outside of enabling flankers what is kinda funny knowing that she was made to counter them when created she really doenst do much in general unless she is hard babysitted by her main heal
I like how mercy can be allowed to enable certain dps but brig can’t for some reason and if the dps she enable are too strong sorry not sorry but its not on brig , its not brig fault if the devs overbuffed genji
also what is brig suppose to be now for real ? she is a worst lucio without speed who is harder to play and harder to get value out of unless hard babysitted and even then she need to work harder than lucio and before you say “not true she is survivable with a stun ectect” brig actually since her rework and all her nerfs is one of the weakest support survival wise she dies so easy without constant help from her other supp its kinda pathetic and her stun is the weakest stun in the game also its easy to see coming and avoid and its attached to her paper shield that breaks in 1 sec and can even break during her shield bash animation and in the process cancel it so its unriable as hell
can we stop trashing heroes because they are decent at what they are design to be good at ? brig was made for 2 things make her team more tanky and help deal with flankers now she is trash at both , at this point rework the poor girl because she is the sym of the supp category and you have no idea what to with her and what you want her to be able to do
Becouse her stats where bustet in the high ranks, becouse a lot of popular streamers and pros don’t liked her and becouse she was a must pick in owl and the majority of the people didn’t find her entertaining to watch.
In a competetive game the pro players and the highest ranked players. By the way this is not my opinion but it is how it always was for successful competive games.
However the overwatch devs try their hardest to make the game as playable and fun as possible for the majority of the player base while still balancing mainly around gm and owl. That’s why we got changes like the reaper nerf.
The worst part is that they could have achieved the same thing without the whole “make team more tanky” being removed by simply reducing the reach of the repair packs.
So people have to be close-ish. Paladin and all, aura-based effects, need to be close by. Makes sense it’d apply to targeted effects, too. After all neither shield bash nor whip shot have great reach, so no one would intuitively expect a “repair pack” to be - in fact I’d tink it’s thrown tbh.
Yes becouse only 1 of the reasons I’ve mentioned apply to her. I think Ana (and some other heroes) should be nerfed aswell but Ana is accepted by the pros and high ranked people becouse she requires aim and she is entertaining to watch in owl when the best players in the world hit those 180 sleep darts on ulting genjis.
I know and we agree. The other reasons dont actually have anything to do with balance yet are being used in the balancing decisions. That’s why balance is so awful.

them not liking her isnt a reason to nerf also we have been listening to them for balance since the dawn of time of OW and look where we are now , how long are we gonna gonna keep on listening to popular bias morons ? all it has brought us is bad balancing because they don’t know anything about the own game they play it seems

i am part of the higher ranked players and brig is fun to play againts and with and i would like for the game to be balance , so seeing perfectly fine heroes being trash even more in 1 of the 2 roles who have almost none to play hurts me

I have an opinion, Brig was overpowered and was enabling a meta she was created to counter. She needed nerfs and she got the ones she needed. Maybe you should worry about how if Moira gets nerfed anymore you’ll drop to gold.
