I feel like every other owl skin has come back, but I have yet to see happi or 2018 pacific all stars come back since the start of ow2. Whats with that? Will they ever come back??

I am doubtful OWL skins will ever come back. Half the teams don’t exist anymore and OWL doesn’t exist anymore either. Maybe if a currently active team that had a team legendary skin licenses their skin to come back, but I don’t think they will
Personally I want Midas Roadhog. Kept skipping it every time it came back because I hate Hog, but that skin is probably his best
