On console specifically everywhere I go he’s listed as one of the strongest heros (PC) wise but tbh whenever anyone picked Winston on console, they were just throwing tbh… like we were begging our Winstons to switch and I don’t know why, he’s not a hero you balance specifically for console (youd have to break him beyond repair) but seriously… I don’t understand man whys hes so bad on console.

I’d say because people can’t fast enough do a 180 and jump out? which isn’t a Problem on pc.

Can’t you crank up sensitivity in the menu whenever you pick Winston?
I think issue is a loooot of us play with very low sense for our other heros.
So when selected its just whatever the defualt for everyone else is, which is usually low.
Yeah, I think it’s a bad idea to play McCree and Winston using the same sensitivity. Every range of engagement has its own sweet spot. For short range characters you don’t want sens to be too low.
Winston just requires more game sense than people realize. He rarely performs well outside of the very top parts of ladder. Your average Winston feeds way too much and has no idea how to use primal rage.
