Why should there be punishment for switching heroes and counter picking ?
I get what you mean, stalling is an issue on quite a few maps. Maybe add a few seconds onto Defense spawn timers if they’re switching or something.
However, I think we would all be better off if they did the simple thing and just delete all 2cap maps and Rialto.

Imagine punishing switching heroes in a game with the core mechanic of switching heroes and counterplay. Make it make sense, please.
Switching heroes is punished by zeroing out ultimate charge.
Defense also gets a respawn time penalty if the offense has majority control of the point in 2CP, although you still have to deal with the first wave of stalls at normal speed if they planned ahead.

I’m sorry if stalling tactics upset you Wario7. However they are a core part of the game and are unlikely to be changed. I suggest you come to peace with them or move on to something else.

That person isn’t likely to solo your team and even if their team gets there, they will likely all be trickling in, so you get kills on them. Unless most of their team has managed to group up and make it there to help their stall, it ain’t going to change the outcome all that often.

It’s so they can stall and cut precious time off the time bank. I think it’s smart, why should it be punishable? They already gave up their ultimate charge to get back to the point for this specific reason, can’t stop them? well try to take as much time possible from them for the next round they attack.
