In the middle of a comp-game, no less. Like, what? Where is the option to disable the command? I have never once in my life of playing this game for almost 10 years have I ever once WANTED to use that feature.
Back in Overwatch 1 I used to ALT-Z to take screenshots of the holiday event menus and use them as backgrounds sometimes.

To take pics, to take vids, some even what a challenge so they turn off hud to play.

Options > Controls > Interface > Toggle UI (It should be at the very bottom)
The default keybind is Alt+Z.
I don’t know if you can remove the keybind directly, but you can set the keybind for something else to Alt+Z, then reset it to what it was before, but it won’t reset the Toggle UI keybind.
Custom game lobby is a good one to use, keybind is L. It’s in the same menu and if you forget to reset it, you’ll probably never notice or care about that particular keybind being wrong/missing.
