I owned the Ice Cream Venture skin, but after the update its missing, its not on the skin tab, and when I load into games I don’t have it on. Why.

Wow This one is messed up I have same problem! Imagin giving Venture only one epic skin and taking it away
Multiple skins are missing and have gone missing fpr a couple of months now weird thing is it isn’t gone for everyone at the same time example genji hanzo brig mei and rein has had this problem sense s10 were randome skins is missing and the skins has returned for some but a lot of people are still missing skins like i cant even find a fee skins in hero gallery like they dont exist in the list on my other account but on this account all owned skins exists and can be equipped

Missing for me as well, got mine through Xbox Game Pass but when the season started I no longer had it
