I think d.vas fine, heck she’s even been dropping quite a lot in GM!
I think tank balance is actually very close to being perfect, just give zarya a small rocket jump boost and you don’t have to worry about tanks for a while (probably till 5v5?).

Because Dva is basically a mobile hero that heavily depends on her resources and CDs.
She is not OP and she needs insanely good timing to get good value, so she scales with skill very well, like heroes are supposed to.
No nerfs needed for her. Only DM is super good and the truth is that, if your team is getting constantly killed by a Dva using micromissiles … the issue is not her, but how you peel/help the targets.

Dva only ever over performs in OWL, and insanely rarely in GM+.
Dva, even now, is not over performing in any rank… so not entirely sure where you’re coming from.
Currently in T500 the pickrate goes Sigma > Ball > Dva
Remember the like 2 years Dva was unplayable in all ranks due to overnerfing her? I do 
Plus, I’d rather play against literally any Dva comp, than Double Shields…

After she got over nerfed and they added Sigma, yeah, she was pretty unplayable.
But comparing any hero to Bastion is… obviously skewed.
Mei has even been a part of multiple meta’s in the last 2 years.
And yeah, Genji is in a really awkward spot because they wont remove Nanoblade.
But, just because there are other bad heroes, doesnt mean we should dumpster other heroes to be on their level… that fixes literally nothing.

Eh… who are we using as a balance bar for her? Like, who are we comparing her power level to? Who is she over performing?
Plus, if they did nerf Dva, who would take her spot? And how would the meta shift?
I’m pretty fine with leaving Dva how she is now, since she isnt overperforming, and I also just think shes pretty fair to play against.
No Shield, limited defensive resource, and the biggest crit box of any Tank. I think her value to vulnerability ratio is pretty spot on imo

Dva isn’t nearly as oppressive as she once was. Just because she’s a top pick doesn’t mean she automatically needs nerfs.

Because I don’t play in GM, OP. Before the armour buff, having a D.Va on the team was miserable. Now, it’s fine. I’d like it to stay that way.
Meanwhile, I imagine GMs aren’t complaining because more D.Va means less double barrier.

Because this forum is made for tanks and supports to complain about dps . DVA is the most popular hero in this game, same as mercy. That way blizzard would rather nerf whole hitscan roster, than do something with damage beam of mercy =) Marketing as it is.
And yes, dva is ridiculously strong
