Zarya 100% Grenade Damage:  94
So, an average 70 Damage if 50% per hit, yes?

Yes, i would loose my mind and not be ashamed of it.
Now Zarya doesn’t have just 4 shots, but 5. Still much less damage output then junkrat, without mobility even at 100%

May i add to the fact that no good Zarya Player in their right mind is using the secondary anways unless your enemy is out of your primary range or your enemys are clumped up together (like in a graviton surge?) Once you have the tracking skills it’s much better to laser that genji out of the sky instead of hoping to catch him in your splash
It’s not about the raw damage. Zarya has a much better survivability so in the long run she has a bigger impact.
So, you want to tell me, a hero that can literally fly off the map when hopping on a mine and blasting it, literally can decide to disengage a fight he cannot win, has less survivability then a hero that can save himself for 200 more HP when off cooldown, but otherwise has to walk?
Also, the Range of Junks’s Grenades vs the Range of Zaryas Beam? Junk can literally spam around corners. Zarya has to be in your face and see you to do her job 
Like, in a direct confrontation… hop onto highground… Zarya can’t do anything against you but launching some grenades at you that most likly won’t hit.
real talk: zarya’s and symmetra’s damage nerfs should be reverted now that armor is improved
Zarya should be stronger than Symm dmg wise. Her dmg scales with the player’s skill and decision making. Symmetra’s dmg increases with beaming a shield 
Armor was reverted.
Their damage was fine before armor got nerfed, it should be fine now after it’s back.
I mean, Zarya always has like 1000 fold more play time and Junkrat has pretty much been “junk” for most of the game. So yeah pretty much.

And beaming players, not just shields. So you can also say Symm’s damage scales with the players skill and decision making as well. Zarya’s damage ONLY increases by taking advantage of the other team’s inability to stop shooting her shields though. Zarya feeds off trigger happy people.
But why buff Zarya in this way? What purpose does it serve? I think you’re completely over looking my point and joke for the most part though… Oh well.
But junkrat already has the same ammo more damage faster fire rate and a larger aoe? So thats probably why they wouldnt lime junkrat getting 6 shots and an even larger explosion radius
That’s something i can’t answear to be honest.
I think it’s because shields are getting nerfed so hard, and tanks need something else to make up for it. Zaryas Secondary fire is something quite situational. It’s not making her imba or anything that she now has one more grenade per clip. But as she doesn’t have a shield to begin with, why they feel like buffing her, i don’t know
I think everyone is just used to Zarya being a Universal, Omnidirectional counter to everything that is either garbage or oppresive.
Junk has also does 5000 more damage than Zarya, even without “lasting as long in a fight”.
The comparison between the two is a stretch at best.
It’s hard to argue against her, as she relies literally on her Enemy to make her usefull.
A low-charge Zarya is quite a sad and useless sight
They’re really not comparable heroes or situations, but hey, even if they were, we all already know Blizzard is biased as all hell so what else is new?

When Zarya used to have a much bigger right click size with energy, it feels like a bandaid fix more than anything
It would be like making Junkrats current 2 radius up to a 2.2
