Not really. Long games are mostly a result of Assault being a completely stupid mode with feast/famine fight balance.

Idk because turtling isn’t fun would be my best guess, and it’s not. Fast paced gameplay is just better.

If you’re talking about steam roll matches, then no not really.

Those are my absolute least favorite thing about Overwatch.

That’s fair. Between the number of people on the dev team and the number of people that are part of the player base, we’re all bound to disagree with each other at some point

why don’t they just make long defeats STING less?

No one wants to spend 45 minutes to just lose. We all have better things to do.

Ok cool but I kinda baited you by accident.

What i wanted to talk about was how people want dive minus the dive tanks.
And minus the flanker dps.

But are confused why Mercy hasn’t been meta in two years.

people also seem to want dive and ana at the same time so i cant say what they are thinking

It’s a delicate balance. Losing a 45 minute match does feel bad. Lost those before. But losing a 3 minute steamroll feels just as bad, if not worse. Lost a lot more of those.

The key time is probably in the 10 to 15 minute range. Don’t mind losing those as much, as they are usually hard fought battles.

Ana’s pretty good in dive, better than Moira.

Anti-heal = dive time
Nano combos
Good healing on the tanks

but there are better options mostly…

If you play a 30 minute match it feels horrible it you lose

Control, is actually my least favorite. Unless we’re talking Comp, then I love the “cut and dry” scoring of it.
