Its an Omnic version, so the age does not matter.
Can we stop with the complaints? She’s gotten literally a single mediocre legendary since OW2 came out.
She’s also gotten 2 weak epics as well.
She also has less than most ow1 heroes despite releasing right after launch.

Popular support. People acted like Ram should of gotten it, but he literally already is Null Sector evil dumb robot already. What they going to do to shake up his design for Null Sector? He has more potential outside of killer dumb robot for a exciting theme for him cause his base design is already that.

She’s very easy to read.
Even if they made another hitscan support people would still play Ana and you’d be facing 2 hitscan supports.
She’s played so much because of her individual agency. Like cass even if she is dumpstered people will play her.
They literally made a sniper scoping support that has hitscan and utility with zero falloff.
It’s impossible to top that with a new hero… Sleep and nade are also anti-close range.
She does it all.
Being meta or meta adjacent her entire existence is pretty nice already i’d say.

You got it backwards. They didn’t do it so more people will play Ana. They gave Ana a mythic because people already play her a ton. That means a lot more people will buy the BP.
People aren’t gonna whale out a BP for a character nobody plays.

Trust me, they’re saving Mercy for a rainy day. They already cashed in with Lifeguard Mercy and made like 3x as much as they probably would from a battle pass sub.
