And the thing is, Sombra is not really evil (at least we do not really know), yes she is part of Talon, but she is not loyal to Talon as seen in her Cinematic with Reaper and Widow.
oh and about Widow, She has befriended Sigma and kinda protects him, I can imagine she tries similar with Widow.
She’s a ‘double agent’ kind of character. She has no strong allegiances, she will befriend whoever she feels will grant her the most information.
