Not saying it doesn’t happen. I’m sure it does because people, as a whole, suck. However, person says…
“ALMOST DAILY!” I mean, if they are seeing it this much from the “sjw’s” they are either instigating it or exaggerating.

To be honest I see a lot of posts on forums/social media etc aimed at straight white males daily, just all sorts of horrible posts and accusations about an entire demographic, and if one dares try to engage in healthy discussion they normally just receive horrific abuse, death threats etc.
I steer clear of them because quite frankly there is no winning, they don’t want discussion, they just want to bash white males and it is an absolute cesspool of hatred and name calling.
But it certainly is common and there are culprits on every side. I just block the source and move on.
Why I Use a Voice Changer
Nobody cares.
Can I get a voice changer that will make me sound like Morgan Freeman? That was be so cool.

Okay wow, this topic became very sociopolitical very quickly. This thread was, at its core, an explanation of what I personally do and why I personally do it. It should be obvious not everyone is this way.
What really surprises me is how many people don’t even think about the possibilities of voice changers existing in games. I imagine people not just in my situation, but in plenty of other situations use voice changers too (maybe they simply don’t like how they sound, or are transgender, etc.)

Can anyone recommend a suitable free voice changer for me to try?
What I personally use requires payment, since I definitely go for quality, but a decent free one is MorphVOX. I used it a while back, and as far as tone goes it isn’t bad, but only use it if your mic is good because even with good mics, it will sound a bit robotic at worst. With a bad mic, you won’t be understandable.

One time in my life in online games I sweared in overwatch.
I never swear or write bad words.
I used voice chat in eu.One old guy reply like OMG how cute your voice.He wanted flirt with me.Asked my mails,skype and phone numbers etc.Finaly he started talk about sexs.I told him idiot and blocked.Bliz slienced me for 1 week becouse I sweared and gat several reports.
I thing he was mad.
I dont play in competitive after sezon 4.I am good player.My team mates or enemy teams saying this.
Always asking me I m smurf or not.I play qp,arcade and having a lot of fun.No need talk in game now and no one knows I am girl or boy.Its fine.I real dont care abut competitive.I am interested about having fun and ı have right now.
If you bored about your sex dont talk its fine.

Well, if you are interested, you can join my friends and I. We come in all shapes and sizes. So while I’m sure you have your own possy, I’m sure you can hang out with us as yourself, without worrying about being treated poorly.
I sent you an invite, but Overwatch invites are real finicky when it isn’t direct in game.

You know… It’s all about perception. If you perceive those guys as a real threat(which they are not due to not knowing where or who you are) you will suffer.
If however you see them for what they are: lonely, desperate men who actually think asking a random girl from somewhere with no real way of actually meeting them then you might soon realize that all you need is to pity and ignore them OR give a sassy remark to shut them up.
There’s also this thing called a mute button, it stops their shenanigans for you.

I’ve been insulted and criticized for being a guy. I mean the insults were playground pathetic and his arguments held no substance but still.
So its fair to say that women aren’t the only ones. Yes, they are subject to it a lot more but it still happens to guys too.
