Why experimental isnt experimental?

Jeff said that changes on experimental would be ridiculous (like 1-3-2).

Actually he said that major changes like that would only happen sometimes.

And here’s his response to a thread that’s basically identical to this one posted earlier:

you’ll see a mix of changes on the experimental card. we have some more “interesting” things planned but those things usually require a lot more effort. it’s still useful for us (and for the community) to test balance changes as well.
