I selected Zarya and kept getting charged and tearing her out of mech. Therefore not OP.
However Tracer gets away from me killing her, even getting me some of the time and personally I think that is OP. Might need a nerf. Oh, and she also has a high pick-rate. Just throwing that in there.

Dva’s pickrate is sky-high as well. Pretty sure Tracer is 3rd most picked in OWL, behind Dva (1st) and Zenyatta (2nd).
Really man? I totally agree with the D.Va thing, that is why I started maining Zarya, but Tracer shouldn’t be too big of an issue. I usually lob two shots near the ground around her and she recalls then runs away.
I would have worded it “If global warming is true, then why did it snow today? Therefore it is not real”.
