Just like hard counter Sigma? There is legit nothing really in Sigmas kit that can stop Rein, heck a rush comp with Rein should be an easy win against any Sigma and hammer goes through basically everything Sig can do…
So why is this match up so 1 sided in sigmas favor? Well from what I hear.
Why would he? He has no abilities that negates sigma outside of blocking his shots with shield.
However an aggressive rein can still easily deal with him.
Sigma has two shields and cc is the problem it’s such a boring thing to play and play against I don’t know how sigma mains have fun. Also his ult is just a better version of rein and zaryas
I think a strong rush comp with Lucio Moira Rein could handle a Sig, depending on Sig’s team
Hammer in face is a pretty good counter ability I say, should be pretty simple when your abilities just straight up don’t work in a 1v1 against said person.
yeah but it is not exactly a “hard” counter if can’t even get to him except of a very lucky pin while avoiding his rock.
It’s map dependent, surely. Lucio and Rein are going to run up to Sigma on Antarctica and shove him into a locker. On Havana? Yeah, not so much.
So what Im hearing is rein needs some acceleration while his shield is up.
(A buff not refering to lucio).
If I’m on support and our tank is Rein I switch to Lucio if the enemy has Sig. And vice versa.
Had no issues dealing with him that way
